How it works:

    1. After you contact us to setup your appointment, you will receive a call back to confirm your message and to discuss a service date. NOTE: In winter, appointment schedules are weather dependent – if it is too cold the oil thickens and will keep the unit from starting, thus preventing us from performing a tune up.  We will contact you a couple of days in advance when it looks like we will be able to perform your service.
    2. You do not have to be home for our service – just leave instructions in the, “Additional Notes” section of the email form below, or let us know on the phone. (garage door code, shed, behind the house, etc).  In case of rain, if your machine is not in a garage or shed, be sure to protect it from the weather.
    3. If we can’t fix your equipment on site, we’ll load it onto our trailer, and deliver it to and from our repair shop for you.
    4. Payment is due after your equipment is serviced.  Cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card are accepted.

(ex. Monday or Wednesday 12-5; any day in the morning; January 26 any time or February 23 9-12). It is difficult to work on equipment when the oil is cold and thickens. We look at the weather forecast and schedule appointments on days when it will be warm enough to be able to do the tune up. Give us as many options as possible for day(s) and times that will work for you.
